Nintendo announced the newest additions to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster of fighters, and they're all from Minecraft.
There are four different skins or echo fighters: Steve, Alex, Zombie, and Enderman.
Nintendo has not announced whether these other fighters—Alex, Zombie, and Enderman—are just skins for Steve or whether they have slightly different move sets.
In order to play as these Minecraft characters you'll need to have the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighter Pass Vol. 2 ($29.99), and it's unclear yet when they'll be available.

Steve is the second character from the second DLC pack to be added to the roster, the first being Min Min from Arms.
There are four more characters yet to be revealed that will be added to the roster from Fighters Pass 2.
This Thursday, Steve's full move set will be revealed in another Nintendo video.
There will be no additional new fighters revealed other than Steve and Alex in this livestream.

Based on the trailer and comments from the game's creator, Masahiro Sakurai, Steve seems to have powerful attacks but a small reach, meaning you'll need to fight at close range with him.
You'll also be able to place Minecraft blocks in levels. This add-on required the development team to rework every other stage in the game to accommodate the blocks.

Alongside new fighters, a new stage always comes with the new DLC fighter, and the new Minecraft stage looks like a random design with each battle.
“You can’t just add Minecraft Steve in Smash Bros. It doesn’t make sense”

Overall, Steve and his interactive blocks should make Super Smash's roster more fun and crazier than it already is.
